Refund policy

JUJU by Grishma acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online through our website www.jujubygrishma.com and not through any other website or retail outlets.

We do not have a return or exchange policy unless the product that has been damaged during transportation. It MUST be notified by email (our email : jujubygrishma@gmail.com) with package opening video, images and specific details within 24 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within  one week (7 working days), else JUJU by Grishma will not be liable to accept the merchandise and refund/replace the cost/product.

We will only replace your merchandise if it’s available in stock. Your amount will be refunded if appropriate replacement is not available.
